Since many 3D printers use jewel orifices due to the ability to maintain a tight tolerance and a small opening,The orifice is critical to delivering the material to the surface in a consistent size and flow.And the ruby mounted at the tip makes sure that even the toughest materials will be printable.

 The ruby orifice is manufactured,assembled and tested in a high-quality facility,(an ISO 9001 facility),we can ensure the the very best quality and tolerances

For 3d ruby nozzle we currently have capacity of  1000 pcs - 2000 pcs per month and we can expand our capacity on any required larger quantity.

For only ruby orifice capacity,we have 5000 pcs -10,000 pcs capacity for a single size
